Abhaile (adv.) : home, homewards
It is pronounced, "aw-WALL-yuh"; it can also be pronounced it as "aw-VALL-yuh" ('bh' = 'v' or 'w' in Irish, often depending upon the word or the dialect.)
In a sentence: Táim ag dul *abhaile*. : I am going *home*.
("TAW-m egg DULL aw-VALL-yuh.")
